What is Blanc De Noir? : French term. White wine from red Pinot Noir grapes. The method consists of avoiding skin contact to the juice during and after pressing, not allowing the pigments from the skins to transfer to the wine.

One might think, is this Pinot Noir having an identity crisis? NO! We have simply taken away the skins and undressed this Pinot Noir, exposing the innermost fleshy part of this confident world-class varietal from Burgundy France.
